Why do so many people think Bill Belichick is such a good coach?

He is a good coach and the Patriots just wouldn't be the same without him..it would be so akward having a different coach for that team. Ultimately it's his players...he's not the one on the field making all those **** ups. I think they need to rearrange the team a little bit.
