Atheists: If evolution is fact then why is it not yet considered a LAW in science?

Why is every evolution or big bang question aimed at atheists. You do know that atheism is not a religion and has no organized ideas. Not all of us believe in that stuff. (I do though) Atheism and the creation of the Universe/Evolution have nothing to do with each other. At all. This question belongs in the science category.
