What does this bleeding mean!?

I got two faint positive HPT's yesterday, if I'm pregnant it's extremely early, but about 10 mins ago I got this bleeding, it's brown, very light, and not atall the consistency you'd expect of a period. I have the implant in (Pretty sure it's Nexplanon), so there's a chance it's failed, or if I am pregnant it's making me miscarry? I made an emergency appointment at my doctors and will be going there in about 2 hours, any help in the meantime! I don't mind if I am pregnant or not and if the positives were false, but if I'm miscarrying, that would devestate me!! Any help? Please?
