Could i be pregnant? I suddenly have no period.?

I lost virginiy in March, had no period in April or May, and still nothing today. My vaginal scent has changed. Its a little stronger and the consistency is thinner and i have more of it. I went to the doctor last week and when they took my temperature i was 99 degrees, and she made a noise like that was weird. I thought it was weird too. Could this be pregnancy or something else. We used condoms everytime though. I'm nervous and not ready for a baby. I took two pregnancy tests and they both were negative. Tell me what you think it is. Dont say go to a doctor because i made an appointment already. i just cant get this out of my mind.
