After a sensational rookie season, will Sam Bradford be one of the elite quarterbacks of the next decade?

A lot of people are calling him a Ryan Leaf, did well in his rookie season but basically sucked from then on. From what I've heard Bradford is one of the smartest QBs to come out in a long time. His accuracy is amazing and he puts nice zip on his passes. What do you think his future will be like?
