Why do people believe that these QBs need o be drafted in the 1st round?

None of them are completely ready to start yet ppl are willing to pay them all that money for a guy who has more downsides then upsides. The only QB who deserves to go in the 1st round is Gabbert and he is to me a mid to late 1st round selection. why hurt these guys careers with hype, when u can fix the main problems you have.
