Is Josh McDaniels a good fit for the rams?

I am a huge rams fan and I want other opinions about this hire I personally like it but the only problem I have is if Mcdaniels leaves for a head coaching job next year if there is even any football. Good QBs have had THE SAME Offensive Coordinator for their whole career like Manning and Brady...well Tom Brady has had different OCs but its been the same system.
