What is Wrong with my stomach?

I have been waking up every morning with my stomach hurting and making me nauseous, I feel like i have acid reflux or indigestion too and now i have diarrhea but it has the consistency of water... I don't know whats wrong. I have kidney stones frequently but i don't think that is the cause for all of this. Can someone tell me whats wrong?
