Updated is PA the best state for NFL quarterbacks?

Do you think PA is the best state as far as quarterbacks that make it to the NFL? Weather they are ether born in PA or play college ball in PA. QBs that have came from PA are Matt Ryan Joe Flacco Dan Marino Joe Montana Joe Namath Chad Henne Terrell Pryor Jim Kelly Johnny Unitas and there is more but I'd say that's a great list. I posted this question earlier but there is a list so you can see who is all from PA then decide thanks.
