Prospect Park East Ocean Ave Safe?

I'm a SWF thinking about moving to Ocean Ave, east of Prospect Park. I would be living a few blocks away from the QBS train- Prospect Park stop. The place I am looking at is on the ground floor of one of the buildings. Is it a safe area at night? I come home late -10.30-11 pm , would it be a problem getting home? And living there ? I currently live in Williamsburg off the Marcy JMZ stop, how could the two be compared when it comes to safety? Thanks!
