i know how to do it with a result being a dark red liquid with the consistency of molasses but what i want to know is how to extract capsaicin into a crystal or a clear liquid with a consistency of something similar to water, i have seen both for sale online and i want to know how they do it, online those two forms range from 100 to 150 dollars... this is why i want to do it on my own so i don't have to pay so much. so can anyone help me i am extracting the capsaicin from many bhut jolokia peppers.
