Do you believe Aaron Rodgers at 28 was better than Manning?

I feel that Manning was a little more accurate and had a better understanding of the game but Rodgers speed adds a dimension. Speedwise he is clearly in top 4 for starting QBs behind Vick, Young, Josh Freeman. Passing wise only Manning and Brady were more accurate the last 3 years than Rodgers.
